Already have a ring that fits perfectly? Measure the inside of that ring with a ruler or tape measure to find the diameter. Compare this measurement to the chart below to determine your ring size.

Wrap a thin piece of string, ribbon, or a strip of paper around the base of your finger. Mark where the string or paper overlaps and measure the length. This is the circumference of your finger. Compare this circumference to the table below.

Your fingers can change size throughout the day and in different temperatures. Measure your finger at the end of the day and at normal room temperature for the most accurate measurement.
